At JUSC all of our players are provided with three 90 minute training sessions per week. Compare that to just two 75 minute sessions per week at other clubs in the area and you start to see why JUSC players develop at a greater rate. JUSC offers a training environment where we place value on the players within our program.

Our consistent success in the competitions that we play in is a good indicator of the hard work our teams and coaches put in on the training field. Of all the leagues and tournaments entered by JUSC teams in the last 3 seasons, 75% were in the highest bracket available. If it doesn’t challenge you, it doesn’t change you.
