Introducing our new Director of Coaching

ANNOUNCING NEW DIRECTOR OF COACHING NEIL MCKAY

It is with great pride that Jupiter United Soccer Club welcomes Neil McKay to his new role as the Club’s Director of Coaching.

Neil has been coaching youth soccer in South Florida since 2012, the last four years at Jupiter United, and brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the role of Director of Coaching where he will oversee such responsibilities as:

• Creating a positive culture where player development is first and foremost among players, coaches, and families

• Overseeing staff development and management

• Implementing the Club’s Mission through a growth mindset

With his strong history of player development on both team and individual levels, Neil brings an impeccable resume and wealth of coaching experience to the DOC role. He holds a BS in Sports Coaching from Solent University (Southampton, England) as well as a UEFA B coaching license, and a USC Director of Coaching Diploma, among other achievements and certifications.

“I’m honored to be awarded the DOC role and I will seize the opportunity with both hands. I’m excited to implement lots of new ideas to create an unparalleled environment for player growth. I want to build a culture where players are defined by the club they are a part of rather than the league in which they compete.
